Sautéed pork with spicy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a casserole, fry your sliced onions in goose fat.
Step 2
Once the onions are transparent, reserve them and add the meat and fry quickly for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the vinegar, cornstarch and stir for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the mustard and stir again.
Step 4
Roughly chop the tomatoes and put them in the casserole with the gherkins, previously sliced. Then mix.
Step 5
Add your onions and chilli peppers (optional), stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 6
Cover and cook over medium heat for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with boiled potatoes.
