Preparation

Step 1

In a frying pan, melt the chopped onions gently in 50g of butter. Stir occasionally. Add 4 slices of boiled beef or cut in pieces, stir after 5 minutes. Moisten with concentrated stock, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper, cover, simmer 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 2

Cook the pasta in water, drain, pour them into a dish, and sprinkle with cubes of butter. Place the meat on top, cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
