- Olive oil
- 500ml tub of creme fraiche
- wholegrain mustard
- Veg to accompany it

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the pork loin into round circles about 1cm thick
Step 2
Heat a desert spoon of olive oil in a heavy frying pan
On a medium heat Pan Fry the pork circles on both sides until lightly golden about 5 mins each side or to your liking.
Put aside on a plate.
turn down the heat to love and slowly heat the creme fraiche with the juices in the frying pan and a level table spoon of wholegrain mustard for about two minutes then re add the pork and mix together.
Step 3
Arrange on a plate with some green veg such as green beans and then enjoy.
Do not let the sauce boil, it will go from a light cream colour to a lovely golden colour.
