Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg of carrots
  • 1 bunch of leeks
  • Some branches of celery green
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1 jar of pickles in brine
  • Beef shank 1
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cubes beef stock
  • chopped dill
  • Creme fraiche to serve

Preparation

Step 1

Cut all vegetables into strips, put them in a pressure cooker with salt, pepper, stock cubes and the beef, cover with water and cook for 20 mins.

Step 2

When the soup is cooked, mash and then grate the gherkins in the soup and bring to the boil.

Serve hot.
