1 kg pumpkin or marrow cut into chunks
5 Laughing Cow cheese portions
2 cubes of chicken stock
water
salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all the ingredients at the same time in a large pot. When the marrow is soft, remove from the heat and blend.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
