Ingredients
- 550g Diced Bacon
- 2 Large Spanish Onions (Finely Diced)
- 5 tbls Golden Syrup
- 1 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 2500g Tinned Tomatoes
- 5000g Cannellini or Borlotti Beans
- 2 tbls Vegetable Oil
- 4 tsp Mustard
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the diced bacon till crispy but don't let it stick, then add the onions and fry till the onions until soft
Step 2
Add the syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
Step 3
Let it cook for a few minutes and then add the tomatoes
Step 4
Lastly the well drained beans and simmer for 20 minutes stirring from time to time
Step 5
Cool before refrigerating
