- Kidney beans
- Jerk seasoning
- Worcestershire sauce
- Plain flour

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the chicken in a pan of oil for 10 mins until golden brown. Remove from pan and add your garlic chillie and vegetables. Add jerk seasoning and a teaspoon of flour to thicken. Simmer for 5 mins and then add your chicken back in.
Step 2
Add a cup of chicken stock and add a splash of Worcestershire sauce. All to simmer for 10 minutes before adding to the oven for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Remove from oven and chicken should be falling off the bone. Serve with rice or dumplings, entirely your choice.
