- 6 bulbs crushed garlic
- 2 medium sliced onions
- 1-1/2 tbs salt
- 2 tbs mixed masala
- 1/4 tbs turmeric
- 1/2 tbs ground coriander
- 1/4 tbs ground cumin
- 1/4 tbs chilli powder
- 1 tbs tomato purée
- 1 chopped tomato
- Exactly in this order
- Two pieces of fish per person

Preparation
Step 1
In a heated pot add oil
6 bulbs crushed garlic
2 medium sliced onions
1-1/2 tbs salt
Cook for 15 min
Step 2
add
2 tbs mixed masala
1/4 tbs turmeric
1/2 tbs ground coriander
1/4 tbs ground cumin
1/4 tbs chilli powder
1 tbs tomato purée
1 chopped tomato
Step 3
Cook for five minutes
Add 2 tbs water to stop masala from sticking to the pan
Add fish
Try not to stir too much as this can cause fish to break
Step 4
Stir gently
Add 3 large tomatoes halved
add 1 large cup of water and cook for 5 min
Bring to the boil and Sprinkle a hand full of freshly chopped coriander
Step 5
Serve with basmalti rice
