  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 frozen spinach blocks
  • soy sauce
  • soy milk
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the onion finely and sautè in a pan with some soy sauce.

Step 2

Add the thawed spinach to the pan, cover with milk and let cook on medium for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the spices and the rinsed beans and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed a bit and the spinach is cooked.
