Bhaji (spinach) and Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 3-4 bunches spinach, washed and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped large
- ~1/2 lb boneless chicken (thigh or breast meat, but I prefer breast), cleaned, washed and cut into medium sized pieces
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp whole jeeru
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp ginger/garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (+ some green if desired)
- 3 tsp dhana powder
- 3/4 tsp arad
- 2-3 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 tin tomato, blended
- a few whole bullet peppers (optional)

Step 1
Mix the onions, oil, and all the remaining ingredients except the spinach and bullet peppers in a pot. Cook slightly, then add the spinach(and bullet peppers if using) and cook open until done. The water should mostly be burnt out by this stage. Serve with fresh chapattis.
