  • 100g melted chocolate

Step 1

Make choux pastry and leave to cool

Step 2

Put balls of mixture onto greased baking tray

Step 3

Bake in oven for 15-25 mins

Remove from oven and cut in half to cool

Coat tops with melted chocolate
