  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2/3 chillies
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tin corned beef
  • Chilli sauce/ tomato ketchup[optional]
  • seasoning
  • oil

Preparation

Step 1

Chop onion and tomatoes

Step 2

Crush and finely chop Garlic

Step 3

Finely slice chillies

Step 4

Cut corned beef into 1/2 " cubes

Step 5

Gently fry onion until translucent

Step 6

Add garlic and fry for approx 1 min

Step 7

Add chillies and stir fry for 30 secs

Step 8

Add tomatoes and gently stir fry until soft

Step 9

Add corned beef and stir in, add chilli sauce and/or ketchup to suit preference. Season if required

Step 10

Simmer and stir until completely mixed and serve on a bed of rice

Green beans are a good accompaniment.
NB You can substitute tuna for the corned beef for a variation
