- 500ml milk (1 pint)
- 30g plain flour
- 30g butter
- (flavourings)
- nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Put the butter, milk and flour into a pan on a high heat. (add flavourings)
Step 2
Stir constantly until boiling. (2-4 minutes)
Step 3
Once boiled the sauce can be used in a product like lasagne.
Use with ragu sauce and pasta sheets to make a lasagne.
