  • 170g store-bought sponge cake/fingers
  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 packet strawberry jelly
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 500g Ambrosia Devon Custard

Step 1

Line the bottom of a bowl with sponge cake

Step 2

Mix up strawberry jelly and when cool, pour over then leave to set in the fridge

Step 3

Add a layer of Ambrosia Devon Custard

Step 4

Whip up the carton of whipping cream, add a tablespoon of icing sugar and a drop of vanilla essence

Step 5

Decorate with halved strawberries
