  • For the crumble:
  • 100g cubed cold butter
  • 40g white caster sugar
  • 75g light brown sugar
  • 125g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • For the filling:
  • 500g bag of frozen summer fruits
  • 4 tbsp white caster sugar
  • 500g Ambrosia Devon Custard

Step 1

In a bowl add the flour, sugar cinnamon and vanilla extract. Add the butter and rub together until you have a crumbly mixture.

Step 2

Place the summer fruits into a Pyrex dish, and sprinkle with 4 tbsp of white caster sugar.

Step 3

Top with crumble mixture, and place in a 180°C preheated oven for around 30 minutes or until golden.

Step 4

Serve with Ambrosia Devon Custard
