Banana and coconut cake

- 3 eggs
- 200g sifted flour
- 180g melted butter
- 180g of sugar
- 2 bananas, blended to a puree
- 2 bananas, cut into small squares
- 40g coconut powder (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave or saucepan. Mix the eggs and sugar together until the mixture whitens
Step 3
Add the butter and blended bananas (the should should be blended until you get a liquid). Mix well. The mixture should be even and smooth.
Step 4
Add all the flour, stirring well and add the small squares of banana and coconut powder (optional)
Step 5
Grease your baking tin (square, rectangular or round) pour in the mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Check baking after 30 minutes.
