  • 125g caster sugar
  • 240ml milk
  • 100g plain choc
  • 160ml cream
  • 2tbsp coffe
  • 3/4tsp vanilla extract
  • 80g crushed dime bars

Step 1

in a saucepan, combine egg and sugar and slowly add cream and milk

Step 2

heat until mixture reaches 70*c, whisk in chocolate and vanila

Step 3

refridgerate untill cold

Step 4

add dime bars, put in freezer, stir occassionally untill hard
