Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Simple delicious homemade vanilla ice cream.
- 6 Tbsp. Icing Sugar
- 284ml Double Cream
- 250ml Low Fat Natural Yogurt
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Mix all ingredients together in a jug.
Turn ice cream maker on.
Pour ingredients into machine and allow to churn.
After 25 minutes check on ice cream, if paddle is struggling to churn stop machine.
Place ice cream into a suitable tub and freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Add 100g of chocolate chips for variation, or use different flavour yogurt.
