Chocolate soup with vanilla ice cream

  • 350 g of single cream
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 5 balls of ice cream

Step 1

Whip 250g of cream into a light whipped cream.
Melt over low heat the chocolate and the rest (100g) of the single cream. Pour over the whipped cream, mix.
Place balls of ice-cream at the bottom of the dessert glasses, cover with soup.
Serve immediately!
