  • 200g dark cooks chocolate
  • 150g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2tbsp cold water
  • 125g sugar
  • 85g SR Flour
  • 1tsp baking powder

Step 1

preheat oven to 180*c and grease an 18cm square cake tin

Step 2

melt choc and butter, leave to cool slightly

Step 3

lightly beat eggs with water and stir in sugar, fold into chocolate and sift in the flour and baking powder

Step 4

bake for 20-30 mins


check after 20 mins - dont let them get to dry they are much better when slightly under cooked!
