Ingredients
- 180g roughly chopped cacao
- 90g slightly salted butter
- 4 eggs
- 180g caster sugar
- 110g roughly chopped walnuts
- 40g roughly chopped candied orange peel
- Equipment: Lined baking tin (about 40cm x 24cm)

Step 1
Melt the cacao and butter in a non stick pan. Once melted set aside to cool. Whisk the eggs and caster sugar until light and creamy. Fold in the melted chocolate and butter until well combined then fold the chopped walnuts and chopped candied orange peel. Spoon the mixture into the tin and bake for 15-20 minutes at 170c. Allow to cool in the tin.
