- 1 kg flour
- 200 g sugar
- 10 g salt
- 8 eggs
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml of milk
- 30 bakers yeast
- 400 g butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a mixer except the butter. Knead until it unsticks from the sides, then stir in the softened butter. Knead again until it unsticks. Reserve overnight.
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a baking tray 60*40 or 2 times 30*40. Let the dough rise, it should double in volume. Put the butter on the whole surface of the dough (softened butter to apply with a brush), then a layer of granulated sugar.
Step 3
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius, 15 to 20 minutes.
