Tuna bake

Cook the pasta. Mash the tuna in a saucepan with the cheese sauce (adding milk if the sauce is too thick)
- 1 can tuna
- Cheese sauce (i.e. made with milk, flour and grated Cheddar cheese)
- Milk
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- Macaroni or small pasta shapes
Linguine with Zesty Spring Vegetables

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water
- 300g dried linguine or tagliatelle
- 30g butter
- 1 sprig rosemary, picked
- 8-10 spears asparagus
- 2 large handfuls green peas
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon

- Fresh parmesan, to serve

Mozzarella and Tomato Sauce for Pasta

Put a saucepan on a medium heat, add some oil and the onion and cook until softened

- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 x 400g cans good-quality chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée .
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube
- 2 x 100g balls mozzarella, drained

- 1 bag washed baby spinach (about 235g)
