Mango and Coconut water smoothie

Put all of the ingredients in a blender, then blend to a preffered consistency, or until smooth
- 2 mango chunks (1-2 mangos)
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice, fresh
- pinch of cayenne
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water

Well I made this cake for Mr
- For the sponge:
- Condensed milk– 400 grams(1 can)
- Butter – 125 grams
- All purpose Flour – 225 grams
- Cocoa powder – 3-4 tablespoons
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Aerated cola – 200ml (I used Coke)
- For sugar syrup:
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water – ½ cup
- For Mango Mousse:
- 1 cup alphanso mango pulp (canned or fresh)
- 1 sachet of vegetarian gelatin
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger juice
- 3/4 cup whipped cream
- For chocolate sauce:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- ¼ cup milk
Vegetable Mince Curry

Cook the potatoes and cauliflower in boiling water for 8-10 minutes
- 300g Quorn mince
- 1 large potato, cubed
- 175g cauliflower
- 350g-425g jar of curry sauce
- 175g frozen peas
- 2 handfuls of spinach

The instant raw mango pickle is sooooo simple and quick
- 2 cups chopped raw mango/kacha aam/kairi
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds/saunf
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida/hing
- 2 tablespoons of sugar/chini/shakkar
- Salt/namak to taste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder/lal mirch
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder/dhaniya
- ½ glass water/pani
- 1 tablespoon oil/tel

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 soft & fleshy ripe mango
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- A touch of garlic (if desired)
