  • 1 soft & fleshy ripe mango
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • A touch of garlic (if desired)
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Juice lime. Peel & chop avocadoes & mango into even sized small chunks. Alternatively cut into slices. Pour lime over immediately using a non-metallic bowl. Peel & slice orange.

Step 2

Arrange fruit on plates garnished with a few fresh green leaves and add seasoning as desired
