  • I vegtable or chicken stock cube
  • Salt and back pepper to taste

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 150 ml of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • 1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay, savory, parsley stalks)
