Apple and Pecan Banana cake

Ingredients

Mash 3-5 very rip (brown) bananas
Add 1 beaten egg
Add 55g of melted butter
Set Aside
Mix 190g of plain flour
200g sugar
1tsp baking powder
Vanilla Essence
1tsp bicarbonate soda Mix all ingredients together

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour a square tin
Bake at 160 for about 40 - 50 mins
Test the middle to see if cooked
If not cooked, leave in oven for further 5 mins... keep testing until cake cooked

Remove from oven, let cake go cold

Once cold, take out and slice.. never freeze.. ALWAYS EAT !!!!
