Rice Krispy Roulade

Ingredients
- 60ml of butter
- 250g of marshmallows
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies
- 1 3/4 cup of Nutella
- 2 cups of fresh starwberries

Step 1
- Line a tin mould with a sheet of plastic film, lightly oil.
- Melt the butter at a medium heat, add the marshmallows and cook until they have completely melted. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the cereal and blend.
- Spread the mixture on the sheet of film and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
- Once cool, spread the Nutella on the base and divide up the strawberries.
- Roll from the shortest end, using the plastic film, and place on clean plate.
- Leave to chill in the fridge.
Alternatively, cornflakes work.
