Warm the milk in the microwave.
Add in cream cheese and butter. Mix everything well.
Add in egg yolks and lemon juice. Mix well.
Sieve the mixture at least twice.
Add in mixture of cake flour, cornflour and salt. Mix well.
Whisk egg whites until foamy. Add in sugar gradually and beat until soft, creamy and smooth.
Add egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture 1/3 at a time. Mix well.
Grease the cake tin with butter. Slowly pour the batter into the cake tin.
Immersed the cake tin in a water bath of boiled water.
Bake at bottom shelf at 170oC for 1 hour.
