Rabbit and red wine stew

Ingredients

1 rabbit
2 large tins of mixed veg
1 large tin of new potatoes
Small bag of lentils
1 packet casserole mix

Preparation

Step 1

cook rabbit

Step 2

put lentils on

Step 3

put 2 tins of veg and potatoes in pan

Step 4

boil veg and lentils

Step 5

when rabbit is cooked, take off meat and put into pan and simmer for 10 mins

Step 6

strain lentils out and pour into pan and cook for 10 mins

Step 7

Add casserole mix, and cook for 10 mins
