  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup self-raising flour
  • 2 tp baking powder

Step 1

Beat the eggs until bubbly. This may take more than 10 min.

Step 2

Add sugar and milk then whisk.

Step 3

Add oil and condensed milk. Mix until well combined.

Step 4

Mix self-raising flour and baking powder in another bowl.

Step 5

Add to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Step 6

Boil some water in the steamer.

Step 7

Pour batter into a tin and steam for 15min.
