- soft tofu
- minced garlic
- miced chicken/pork
- oyster sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Stir-fry garlic until the aroma comes out.
Step 2
Add in the minced chicken/pork and continue cooking until they are cooked
Step 3
Add in adequate amount of oyster sauce and a little bit of water.
Step 4
Continue stir-frying.
Step 5
Pour all the cooked ingredients on top of the soft tofu.
Step 6
Put the tofu in a steamer and steam for about 7 min.
Step 7
Serve.
