Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast
Slices/Chunks of Chorizo to preference
Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese to preference
Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oven to 180°C. Flatten the chicken breast between cling film.

Step 2

Place the chorizo and cheese on the chicken.

Step 3

Roll up the chicken and hold in place with cocktail sticks (or it will fall apart). Cover in breadcrumbs - as many as you wish.

Step 4

Add a little bit of water and the chicken into a tray to avoid the chicken sticking. When piping hot throughout, remove from the oven and enjoy.

This recipe can be adapted to use with any filling - for example, ham instead of chorizo.
