Ingredients
- Linconshire Sausages Cut into bite size pieces
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 onion
- mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 stock cubes
- 1 pint of gravy
- Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp medium curry powder
- sweetener
- For mash:
- Potatoes
- Milk
- Butter
- cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all vegetables and stir fry.
Step 2
Add sausages and curry powder, stir fry for 5-10 mins
Step 3
Add sweetener, stock and gravy
Step 4
Leave to thicken and shimmer and take off heat when ready
Step 5
In the meantime: Peel potatoes, cut into chunks and boil in a pot of water
Step 6
Drain the water when ready and return to pot
Step 7
Add cheese, butter and milk, and mash
Step 8
Serve casserole on top of mash
Use Lincolnshire-style sausages for vegetarian alternative
