- 1 Bag of potatoes
- 2 Pack sausages (8 Pack)
- 1 Bag frozen veg
- 6 Oxo cubes
- A Sprinkling of dried mixed herbs

Preparation
Step 1
Fry sausages in a pan with oil.
Step 2
Slice potatoes into medium sized
Step 3
Boil potatoes in a pan of water.
Step 4
When cooked, slice sausages into disk sized portions.
Step 5
Mix the sausages into the potato pan and stir.
Step 6
Add 6 Oxo cubes and mixed herbs.
Step 7
Stir in the mixed veg.
Step 8
Leave to simmer for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
