  • 100g of cooking chocolate
  • 4 medium sized apples
  • lolly pop sticks
  • hard boiled sweets of various colures

Preparation

Step 1

crush the boiled sweets with a mortar and pestle.

Step 2

carefully push the lollypop sticks through the apples.

Step 3

make small pieces with the chocolate.
put the chocolate in a heat proof bowel
melt the chocolate in the bowel over a pan of boiling water.

Step 4

dip each apple in the melted chocolate till completely covered.
if you have left over chocolate then you can do double dips for thicker chocolate.
you can be very creative with your designs with different colours of sweets.
leave for 20 minute to set.
eat and enjoy.

Step 5

dip the top of the chocolate in to the mashed boiled sweets for a sparkly crunchy topping.
