Stunning soft caramel apples
- 4 eggs
- 180g of sugar cane
- 180g of flour
- 125g butter
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla flavour
- 2 apples (250g diced)
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- Caramel QS

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture whitens.
Stir in flour and yeast, then the melted butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add a pinch of salt, then gently fold in.
Peel and dice the apples and mix gently to the mmixture.
Pour a little caramel into each silicone mold of a baking tray, then divide the apple mixture (filling in at 3/4).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
Pop out of the moulds and cool on a wire rack.
