Left Overs Breakfast
I usually make this at the end of the week from the left over sandwich fillings.
- 6 Slices of ham
- 3 eggs
- muffins or bagels
- 3 ramekin dishes

Cost Budget Friendly
Take your ramekin dishes and place 2 slices of ham in each one.
Chop the mushrooms and put on top of the ham.
Grate the cheese and place on top of the mushrooms.
Place the egg on top of the cheese and bake in the oven at gas mark 5 for 25 minutes.
Toast the bread, muffin or bagel and butter.
Run a knife around the inside of the ramekin dish and tip out the contents which should look like a breakfast in a ham dish.
Season with salt and pepper if you wish and enjoy.
