Ingredients
- 125g Self Raising Flour
- 125g Stork Margarine or Butter(@ Room temp)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence or Extract
- 125g Caster Sugar
- 2 eggs beaten (@ Room temp)
- 1tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
Weigh your ingredients. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius
Step 2
Place the margarine/butter and the sugar in a bowl and mix until light and fluffy
Step 3
Mix in the eggs and flour
Step 4
Add vanilla and milk
Step 5
Divide mixture into cupcake cases in a cupcake tin
Step 6
Heat for 15 mins
Step 7
remove from oven
