  • 125g Stork Margarine or Butter(@ Room temp)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence or Extract
  • 125g Caster Sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten (@ Room temp)
  • 1tbsp milk

Step 1

Weigh your ingredients. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius

Step 2

Place the margarine/butter and the sugar in a bowl and mix until light and fluffy

Mix in the eggs and flour

Add vanilla and milk

Step 5

Divide mixture into cupcake cases in a cupcake tin

Step 6

Heat for 15 mins
