  • A little melted butter
  • Ground almonds
  • 2 packs cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 paper sachets Splenda
  • Creme debauched
  • Cocoa powder

Step 1

Brush an 8" round tin with melted butter. Roll around the ground almonds to coat the tin.

Step 2

Using electric whisk, mix together the cream cheese, eggs and Splenda. Pour into prepared tin.

Step 3

Bake in oven for 20mins at 180C

Step 4

Can make a topping by mixing the creme fraiche and cocoa powder. Pour over cheesecake and bake for another 10mins.
