Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb raspberries
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 6oz caster sugar
- 3/4pt double cream, whipped

Step 1
Blend raspberries and lemon juice thru a sieve
Step 2
Add the caster sugar, then fold in the whipped cream.
Step 3
Freeze for 1hr.
Step 4
Remove from freezer, whisk until smooth

Freeze until firm.
