Ingredients
- 2 C whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 C cool water

Preparation
Step 1
Put 2 C flour, salt, water, oil, and baking powder in bowl. Mix 2-3 minutes until dough forms a ball.
Step 2
Cover dough with a cloth and let rest for 30min - 2hr at room temperature.
Step 3
Preheat oven with pizza stone or cookie sheet to 400F. Divide dough into 2 pieces.
Step 4
Roll out very thinly (1/2") on lightly floured surface. Sprinkle with salt, herbs, etc., and roll lightly to embed toppings.
Step 5
Cut into strips 2" wide, and poke with fork. Put strips on cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes until brown and crisp.
Step 6
Let cool completely and break into cracker-sized pieces.
