Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 500g smoked fish filleted and cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1/2 pint of double cream
  • 5 tsps curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Put the rice on to boil adding salt to taste.

Step 2

Hard boil the eggs and cut into quarters or eighths depending on how big they are.

Step 3

Fry onion in a little oil until soft then remove from pan and set aside.

Step 4

Fry the fish until cooked and then remove from pan.

Step 5

Put the rice and onions into the pan and mix together, then add the fish and mix gently being careful not to break it up.

Step 6

Mix in the cream and curry powder gently and add egg and grind in some black pepper.

Step 7

Make sure everything is thoroughly heated through and serve!
