- nachos(salted, chilli, cheese)

Preparation
Step 1
chop onions finely and add to a pan of hot oil. Add in the mince and brown. Next put in the chopped tomatoes, le inperins, beef stock cube, water and chilli powder. Bring to boil then simmer for 30 mins
Step 2
Place mince in a dish and cover in nachos and cheese. Place in a preheated medium grill and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately
Serve with salsa or sour cream.
