Easy-peasy Nachos

  • 1 x bag of lightly salted tortilla chips
  • 1 x pot of shop bought salsa
  • 1 x bowl of homemade guacamole
  • Handful of chillis
  • 1 x tub of sour cream
  • 2 x handfuls of grated cheese

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay the tortilla chips into the bottom of an oven proof dish and scatter with the chillis and the grated cheese. Pop into the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Step 2

Meanwhile, make the guacamole and put the salsa and sour cream into some nice serving bowls. Take the nachos out of the oven and let people load them up with whichever toppings they like! If you are feeling really creative you can also make a bowl of chilli to dip them in, or maybe scatter some BBQ chicken over the top of the nachos before you put them in the oven? This is fab laid back food, great served with cold beers or frozen margaritas!
