Ingredients
- 8oz carton cottage cheese
- 3 rashers bacon, chopped
- 1tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 small onion
- 1tbsp salad cream
- top of the milk (a little single cream)
- paprika - to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the bacon in it's own fat
Step 2
Mix the bacon with the other ingredients except the paprika.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Sprinkle with paprika to serve
