  • 75g softened butter
  • 175g icing sugar
  • Additional flavours or colours you want to add

Step 1

Put butter onto a bowl and sift icing sugar on top

Step 2

Use an electric whisk until there is no icing sugar left and mixture becomes firm

Step 3

Add any flavours or colours you want and then use to decorate or sandwich cakes together


Don't over whisk or it coud curdle
