  • 1 Tablespoon of butter
  • 200g Sifted Icing Sugar

Step 1

Place butter in a bowl and add the milk. Mix until almost comined.

Step 2

Gradually add the icing sugar until icing is at required stiffness. If you go too far and it becomes too stiff simply add more milk.
