- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water

Preparation
Step 1
Add sugar and water to pan, bring to boil, boil at medium heat.
Step 2
Add pinch of cream of tartar to the reserved egg whites and beat until stiff.
Step 3
Pour cooked syrup over beaten egg whites and beat welll/ Add approximately 1 cup peanut butter (or according to taste).
Step 4
Cake will stay moist longer if you pour a small amount of evaporated milk on each layer before stacking cake.
