Ingredients
- 4 eggs plus 2 extra yolks
- 600ml milk
- 250g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15g butter

Preparation
Step 1
put 175g of sugar in a bowl with 4 tablespons of water and gently stir until melted and golden brown. tgis is the caramel
Step 2
pour the caramel into a bowl genlty rotating to cover the bowl
Step 3
heaklt the milk until boiling and add vanilla
Step 4
whisk eggs and axtra yolks with 75g of sugar
Step 5
divide mixture between bowls
Step 6
stand bowls in roasting tin filled with water
Step 7
cook in oven for 20-30 minutes
